Do you help with content or just design?

Design is the core of the work, and that includes shaping how content reads, is structured, hierarchy, emphasis, and white-space. The way information is arranged is half the design.
Where copy needs to be written rather than refined, Erica brings in trusted Brisbane and Sydney copywriters who already know the studio's process and quality bar. You do not need a finished copy to start the project — bring what you have to the discovery call, and the rest is mapped from there.

How long does a typical project take?

An EDM usually takes 2-3 weeks. Larger or multi-deliverable projects are quoted with their own timeline.
Tighter deadlines are accommodated when capacity allows. Bring the deadline to the discovery call; you'll have a confirmed timeline before that 15 minutes is up.

Do you offer revisions?

Yes – Each project includes 2 revisions - one set of major changes and a second set of minor changes.
We will always give prior notice should work exceed that which is outlined in an agreement.

Can I edit the newsletter myself after it's designed?

Yes,– Erica will set up your newsletter template so it’s easy for you to edit whenever needed — whether that’s swapping text, updating images, or tweaking details. The studio will design it to work smoothly within your platform, and Erica can also provide a quick walkthrough so managing it feels simple and stress-free. You’ll stay in control, and Erica is always here to help if needed.

Can you track and analyse the performance of my email campaigns?
