Why choose professional Information Memorandum design?

Investing in professional IM design is more effective than using a DIY tool because it presents your opportunity in a clear, structured, and credible way. How much does IM design cost?

Pricing varies based on the number of pages, how complex the design is, and how much customisation you need. For Information Memorandums up to 25 pages, my fee starts from $1,990 AUD (inc. GST). I can also offer tailored packages to provide more cost-effective solutions depending on your marketing needs. Additional services such as copywriting, data visualisation, or print production may also influence the final cost.

I always provide a detailed quote before commencing any work and will keep you informed of any changes should additional work be required. This ensures full transparency throughout the project, so there are no surprises when it comes to invoicing.

How long does it typically take?

It varies depending on how complex, long, and detailed the IM needs to be. On average, the process can take anywhere from a week to a month. Factors like content readiness, revisions, and approval stages also affect the timeline. To keep things running smoothly, start early. This gives you time for design and final tweaks.

What do you need to get started?

Please provide a Word document, PowerPoint slide or PDF containing all relevant text for your IM.
You should also supply high-resolution, unedited images of the assets. I will apply all styling and annotations to ensure the campaign remains consistent with your branding.

Do you help with content of just the design?

My primary focus is design and layout. However, I can help structure and refine content to improve flow, clarity, and visual hierarchy. For larger copywriting and photography needs, I can also recommend trusted specialists.

Is your work secure and confidential?

I prioritise confidentiality and originality across all design work and uphold professional qualifications and standards in every project. As a 100% Australian owned and operated business, I am committed to protecting the security and integrity of your design assets.


What software will be used?

Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) and, where required, Microsoft PowerPoint.

Do you offer revisions?

Yes absolutely! Each project includes 2 revisions - one set of major changes and a second set of minor changes.
I will always give prior notice should work exceed that which is outlined in an agreement.

What file formats will I receive?

Your IM will be delivered as a press-ready and digital PDF or a Microsoft PowerPoint file for easy editing and sharing.

Absolutely! I provide ongoing support and maintenance for all completed projects to ensure they continue to meet your needs and expectations.
